Multiple experiences with poor print quality including missing pages, blank pages, and misaligned hole punches. Finished copies are packaged in flimsy cardboard boxes that fall apart during transport. Store is chronically understaffed. Recently stood at an unstaffed checkout desk for 10 minutes before giving up and leaving. Done with this store.

I walked in and asked Samara where the passport photo station was. Even though she had clocked out for lunch, she cancelled that to take photos of my spouse and I. Mine needed editing because I had my head tilted a little. Samara completed it efficiently and we were on our way happy customers.

The new store is updated and pleasant to shop in. It feels less cavernous than the old one. The staff are all pleasant to interact with. I usually buy inkjet cartridges and paper. I tried discount online ink cartridges but in the end it's just easier to buy the official HP cartridges at Staples plus they recycle the empties. I ordered paper from an online place and it arrived dented- staples has a good choice of printer paper and you can carry it home. The sales tax stays in our county as well.

The store was clean and not cluttered. Associates were very courteous, willing, and polite. I was slightly disappointed in the limited supplies of water erase markers (only one choice). If they had more of a selection I would have given them a 5 star rating.

99% of the time Staples is my go to store. We wanted a chair that was chained on display, associate not allowed to get it done. None others were on display so we could try it out. Another shopper also wanted the same chair. You lost 2 chairs sales.

Zero stars. I am annoyed by the constant, repeated requests to complete a survey, no matter how insignificant my purchase. I’ll let you know if I have an exceptional or horrible experience.

Horrible customer service. There was no one at the register, so I patiently stood there waiting with my heavy monitor to checkout. An employee saw me waiting, and disregarded it. I understand if the team is short staffed, but communicating with your customers that someone will be on their way to check out your item would be nice. I made eye contact with this employee several times, understood he was helping out a long line at the package area, but yet he acted like I was invisible. Please just communicate with people who are patiently waiting to check out, that someone will be over in x amount of minutes to help. Why isn’t there someone to help out at the check out register anyways? If this is a problem, get a self checkout area. I had been waiting for 10 minutes, and would have waited 10 more if the employee at least told me someone would be checking me out shortly. It’s the fact that you don’t know how long you’re gonna waste your time and be ignored that is the issue.
