I came here to get keys copied. ACE is the only place in Ithaca that actually copies keys on a manual cutter. If you go to Lowe's or any of those 7-11 kiosk type things you get a shitty laser cut from a scan and 9.9 times out of 10 they don't work! I had 5 copies made at ACE and every single one was perfect! I needed a few other things and the staff was super helpful getting me exactly what I needed! If you need things done right go to ACE!

cashier made me feel like a terrible person for getting more than one item and actually having to do her job, sighing everytime she scans something. hits me with a “is that finally everything” at the end and is telling the next customers sorry for the wait so i could hear. don’t understand the hostility but she was obviously having a bad day.
