People in this are unprofessional, rude, and have no desire to work. Let me explain; My online appointment was at 12:30. I came on time. The installer said he is taking another customer instead. I asked why? He said that I needed to call to confirm the appointment, making the appointment online is not enough. I said there is nothing on the website that is instructing the customer to call once a reservation is made online. He said that is an known issue and nothing he can do about it. He said to be back after 1.5 hours or will call. He never called me. I came back at arround 3 PM which is 2.5 hours asking for an update. The woman at the from is threatening me with a $50 charge of I asked for an update and started lecturing me on how they would process their work and not to be rude while they are doing their work. Mind you that I only asked "what is the estimate time when he will be able to start on my car?She said he just get back from a vacation, why is this my problem? She kept interrupting me when I gave her a chance to explain all what he had to say. They also scratch the rear bumper.

We've used this Uhaul many times over the past couple of years. Every time it's been easy, the car is always clean and runs well, and the staff are always kind and helpful. Not sure what alternate dimension the 1-star reviewers live in. I wish I remembered the employee's name that often helps us.
We usually reserve the car online, and usually wait til the last minute because of who we are as people... :) 99% of the time there's a truck available. We'll be moving out of Ithaca soon, and just want to say we really appreciate you. Thank you and blessings!

This place really lives up to their 1 star reputation. I waited 2.5 hours after I had an appointment! And nothing was completed on my vehicle. Wow.Terrible service

Zero stars, really!Initially the staff was indifferent to my arrival to check out the reserved vehicle. Finally one man got me checked out after a lot of waiting around.The restroom in the UHaul facility was a health hazard! It was completely disgusting, dirty and there was no toilet paper. The staff actually seemed to be quietly laughing when I or my wife communicated these issues.The truck I rented had completely torn drivers seat, the steering wheel was worn out and very disgusting to even touch. The parking brake release was broken. Total safety hazard: the low beam headlights were extremely dim. Very hard to drive at night, and unsafe. The high beams: driver-side light didn’t work at all, and the other point crookedly up at the sky. Totally unusable. The rear view mirrors were impossible to adjust.The staff was completely unresponsive to any comments or suggestions - so first change: new staff.This is the single worst transaction I have ever encountered!
