I had an Amazon return, and was told the QR code reader doesn't work, and hasn't worked for 9 months. I rarely order from Amazon, and have never had to return anything, so I asked what I could do. AMAZON RETURNS**This is for people asking questions about the returns for Amazon products.This facility can do "BAR CODE" returns but not "QR CODE" returns

Went to return a package. The information was stored in a scan code. Get there, and they can't read the scan codes. Then, to make it worse, they said it's been over a month since they have been able to read one.
