I had an Amazon return, and was told the QR code reader doesn't work, and hasn't worked for 9 months. I rarely order from Amazon, and have never had to return anything, so I asked what I could do. The guy said I could have Amazon ship me an actual return label, or go to the College Town location. College Town is not a convenient location, and the parking is a nightmare. Get the QR code reader fixed!!!!!

Went to return a package. The information was stored in a scan code. Get there, and they can't read the scan codes. Then, to make it worse, they said it's been over a month since they have been able to read one.

They lost my package, and on top of that, it wasn't signed by me, and I don't even know how they did it, and it's irresponsible, you know.

Customer center is okay, but UPS delivery is seriously lacking in adequate personal to reliably deliver to correct addresses. We had seen a UPS truck zoom past our driveway without slowing down, then we later got a message saying UPS couldn't find our address. And another time said that our address was wrong. I guess UPS can't find and keep good personnel. We are so glad when sellers ship with FedEx, as they even bring packages to our door instead of leaving them by the mailbox near the road like UPS often does.

These people are the most incompetent people in the delivery business. They screw up 70% of my deliveries. I'd give zero stars if possible. Absolutely clown show.

Box dropped off at mailbox for all to see or grab. Order clearly stated deliver to front door on deck. And it was raining☹️

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS STRUGGLING WITH THE TAPE DISPENSER AND HAD TO PUT 9 BOXES TOGETHER. THE MAN AT THE COUNTER 40s or 50s HELPED ME PUT THE BOXES TOGETHER.
