In the twenty years I’ve been a Verizon customer I’ve never had a better experience than I did with Tim in the Ithaca store! Tim goes above and beyond to help his customers with tons of helpful information about all the products, plans, and services. He has a fantastic personality and is able to connect with his customers making the experience that much more enjoyable. Also if there is any issue Tim was quick to help ensure that the problems were fixed even better than before. He also took the time to answer any questions I had about phone or service issues with my new and used phones. I’m not lying when I say Tim is the best phone service employee I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If you get a chance make sure to talk to Tim or make an appointment with him if you have any issues at Verizon. I’m not sure if he is the manager but if not he truly should be! Once again thanks so much Tim for all your help and I will continue to be a customer strictly due to your fantastic customer service!

Josh went over and beyond helping me with a difficult problem. He is very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. He is very nice.

I went into the Ithaca location for information regarding a problem not associated with my phone, itself. I was told to register a phone accessory through the website warranty for that product. After a month, the product broke and the company would not return my money. I called Ithaca and spoke with Bob. He gave me above and beyond service. I know nothing about phones, as I am not the account holder. He was patient with me and kind. This star rating system should be 10 stars!

Never had such horrible experience as in the Ithaca Verizon store!!! Not only are the sales ppl unfriendly but outright nasty. Avoid them at all cost

I cannot say enough good things about Tim. Honest, knowledgeable service. We came to the Verizon store because we'd been told our bank account was hacked and we had to get new phones. Tim explained that the bank itself had been hacked, not our phones!

Long, unnecessary wait, but eventually good service.
After almost 40 minutes in a virtually empty store I finally asked when we might be helped. They seemed surprised, even though I made an appointment through the customer service line the day before.
When we finally were helped, it was ... helpful. Problem solved quickly and professionally. But the standing around was incredibly frustrating.

I travelled 30 miles out Of my way to go to this location ! My phone batt was completely dead And not charging so I had no service to call ahead! when I arrived on a weekday afternoon 3 pm ish to an almost empty store ; 2 customers being helped on the floor and 2 managers standing behind the desk Who greeted me half heartedly And told me I'd have to wait a few minutes before they could help me; Then one walked away into back room While the manager greeted me ; " HELLO Sunshine"! Took my basic info and told me soneone will be with me shortly ! I proceeds to wait 15 minutes while no Other customers arrived ; 2-3 employees showed up and went into the back room and then one Additional employee came out on the floor And stood with the other staff already helping a customer! So there appeared to be at least 5-6 employees at the location 2 on the floor and 4-5 in the back room and I sat waiting for 15-20 minutes never receiving any help ! I finally left and have gone 4-5 days without a working phone! ARGH Hopefully the next Verizon store I walk into will Never be that poorly tended! Very disappointed and frustrating !

The reps at this store are genuinely sexist people who will gaslight you about your purchases and ask if you need your boyfriend to explain things to you.

Scam artists. They lie about prices, upcharge you for things unknowingly and when you bring it up they gaslight you.Save your money and go to ANY OTHER VERIZON LOCATION

I got my mother an iPhone 13 Pro for no cost and put her on a plan under my account. She wanted to pay me for it because someone told her how much the phone cost. After 2 about two months I had finally made her understand that it was a free phone.Then the phone then gets stolen out of her car ? and it is unable to be located because that function wasn’t turned on. She went to the store because she felt so bad about it and wanted to see if she could get any help.The representative told her the location feature wasn’t turned on so it couldn’t be tracked, but also told that there was no insurance on the phone and that $600 was still owed on the phone. If this individual knew what they were looking at on the bill they would have seen the monthly payment amount for the phone also had a credit for the same amount back to the account. Thank you to this person for creating another issue and making her feel bad that the phone got stolen.I sent her the bill showing the debit and credit amount were the same and she now believes me that the phone was free.
