Dirty Carpets, Empty Promises
I’ve been a regular at this bank for years, and one thing has never changed: the carpets. They’re filthy—and not in the “someone forgot to vacuum” way. These carpets have become a source of recurring allergy attacks every time I step inside. Despite staff assuring me they’re cleaned weekly, my nose disagrees. The reality? They don’t look—or smell—like they’ve been properly cleaned in years.
When I brought this up, they blamed the homeless who occasionally walk through. But come on—it’s a public space, and those individuals simply walk in and out like any other customer. Blaming vulnerable community members feels like an excuse to avoid responsibility.
A bank, especially one with long wait times and busy foot traffic, should prioritize basic cleanliness—not just for customers, but for staff who spend their entire workday there. If maintenance costs are such an issue, maybe it’s time to ditch the carpet altogether and explore alternatives that promote hygiene and community respect.
Ultimately, the condition of this space reflects how little care is given to those who use it daily. And that’s what’s truly disappointing.

Horrible! Service very slow I have waited 2 hours to call my name. I saw four people inside but only two people working with customers. Two people just sitting on chair and playing with their computer!
I heard they kept saying I’m tired!! They don’t care about customers no communication nothing! Unavailable this city bank need good employees

Two hours waiting for them to attend to make a name change, they have 10 cubicles and only 2 people working very slowly. They don't have people who speak Spanish.

Very long lines all the time, and if you want to open an account you better hope you found free street parking because the wait is easily over an hour. You’ll be able to do what you set out to do but not after waiting what feels like an eternity. My advice is to bring headphones so you can listen to a podcast if you want to do anything other than withdraw cash from an ATM.

i need help. i made a deposit from atm machine on sep 11/2023. but money got stuck. my deposit didn’t went through. the atm throw small paper. i took that paper and ran down stairs i was i shock. first time happened in my life. i ask the teller lady what is happening. i ask her help she said i can’t help i have to call customer service.afterthat i called customer service i tell them all story. and they said they will investigate. i will get my money back after 45 days. i got back my money back after 3 week latter i thought everything is fine. but now i got received mail notification it said your investigation results came complete there is no found any cash inside atm machine. your money will deduct within 5 business day. another shock. how can they do this to me this is totally unfair. i want to know where my money gone. and who will be responsible for this. i can not give up my money i have to work hard for that. any body have idea please help me. do i have hire lower or what the process i do for get my money back.

Long line because there is only one teller. It is the beginning of the month and should have more personal. Everything can not be done on the ATM machine. ?
