Very long wait time at this Citi branch. It appeared that only two staff members were handling many customers at once, which made the process slow and frustrating. The branch definitely needs more staff members during busy hours to improve customer service and reduce waiting time.

This place allows your EBT to get stolen. I check to see if I received my cash assistance and it shows the moment it dropped in my account someone else was able to pull my money from this bank with no id. I am pursuing Legal actions against this bank for skimming
