“Alterations Review - The woman who does the alterations, J, is absolutely phenomenal. She is very understanding and patient, paying attention to exactly what I asked. She was able to completely fit me into a vintage wedding dress I bought for my city hall wedding for under $180 (including the cleaning) when a bridal seamstress wanted to charge me $1600. She turned it around in a week and it looked flawless.

I had a second wedding dress that was new from Anthropology weddings. I had it hemmed at a bridal seamstress and they kept arguing with me about tightening the neck and a few other areas. I took it to J and she knew exactly what I was talking about. It looks incredible and I’m so happy. All the fabrics were delicate and she was able to seamlessly make alterations while keeping the garments integrity. I won’t use anyone else for alterations but her going forward.”

“Best Laundromat in the neighborhood. It's not open 24 hours, plus it's a bit cozy, but the atmosphere is safe and pleasant- free of any neighborhood idiots, in great part because it's not huge in size. You give up some aspects to gain in others.
Machines of all sizes, inc humongous.
Owners \ employees very nice.
FYI you can also drop off dry cleaning, done elsewhere.
And you can call for pickup & dropoff by them personally.
PS for those who like to be there at opening time- don't go too early- sometimes they open 3-4 minutes late.”
