If I could give this store a zero I would. There was an obnoxious lady sitting down next to a Male Clerk that was attending to the desk. I showed him.
My broken phone and without even asking me what I wanted he picked up the same phone and was ready to set it up for me. I told him I did not want that phone. He did not try to show me any styles.He did not take me around the store to show me what phones they did have for me. His interest was to sell me a quick phone and to get me out of the store so he could continye carrying on his conversation with his coworker as well as receiving personal cell phone calls at the same time. I asked him to please not waste any time as I only had 8% left on my cell phone and he needed that 8% in order to sign into my Yahoo account.Because that is the phone i originated on..That they were going to send the code to that phone... and guess what?He let it expire and to date.I still have not been able to get into my yahoo account as I forgot my password. His coworker was relentless and kept interrupting him from getting my phone up and working. I was
told by this obnoxious woman that they could only transfer my contacts and my gmail account. I still can't understand that because when I came home and started reading up on my cell phone that I had just purchased... I did follow the instructions and I was able to transfer not only my text messages but all my apps as well. The people in this store are incompetent and should not be working there. I had to wait over an hour with him playing on my new phone that he was trying to get working and at the same time playing around with his female coworker and answering his private cell phone. My phone was three hundred and twenty dollars end came with no phone charger. All it had was a wire. I sent a neighbor back into the store the next day to try to get the charger for me and he said if I wanted a charger.It would be twenty dollars extra. Since when does a new phone come without a charger? Do not patronize this store. They have no idea what they are doing. It was also very rude of them going back and forth in Spanish. I am Latin American and did not appreciate that even though I did understand them. What about the people who don't. No common sense or manners. Stay away from this terrible store. I still can't get into my email account thanks to the incompetent clerk. I have called the corporate office of Metro PCS to report this store.

Recently went in to pay my bill and was offered the Samsung Tab. It's an amazing tab and I was offered the screen protector for free. Very nice employees.

My experience in this place is the following: I needed to buy a new cell phone, the saleswoman told me that to have a lower price I had to buy it with a new line, I told her that I was not interested and that I only wanted the cell phone with my current line. without changes in number, I had been paying a bill of 35.00 dollars a month, she told me that to have unlimited Internet I would stay at 50.00, I accepted, but she told me that in the next month I had to go to the store in question so they could activate the 50.00 plan, after the month I go to pay and they have approximately two hours and they tell me that they don't know what is happening with the system but that the bill I have to pay is 68.00 and that they cannot do nothing about it, my recommendation is to be very careful with these types of sellers who only use tricks to deceive people, they are not responsible for anything and users like us are affected and we have support from nothing, not from anyone. The rating for this store is zero. Thank you

Went there asking for the iphone 12 deal for $99, willing to become a new customer for them, at first she said she had it and that the total after tax and activation would be $320, when I started questioning the amount she proceeds to call her “boss”, then kept texting the boss saying that now it was gonna be $380 total, unable to provide the breakdown of why so much( $99 phone+ tax +first month 65$=??)
She then said bc that was their last available iphone 12 in stock, she couldn’t sell it to me. So keep it as a souvenir. I am white, and totally felt discriminated by her(hyspanic) and will escalate this matter to the competent authorities. This business is a scam, don’t waste your time as they will lie to your face. Shame!

Be careful with your receipts and money. Catherine helped me, but she verbally told me a price for an activation. She took the change out of the box but never gave it to me. Then she gave me a receipt which included $14.99, from a case that had never been I bought. The receipt showed the entire amount of money I gave her. Since I was late for work I couldn't go back to ask for an explanation, but it's not ethically right since it looks like theft.
