The female clerk at the ups kiosk was attentive, but the two male staff today were more interested in chitchatting with each other than helping customers more efficiently. They act as if doing their job is a personal favor to you. Please stop hiring people who don’t want to work.

I have 5 days waiting for them to confirm that my package is there they don’t do it , I call them they don’t answer so bad service why they put a phone number if they will not answer, 5 days waiting for them just to confirm that the package is there
