Worst store, I emailed corporate about it, who takes 2 hour lunch break. This is ridiculous

I got a quick response from the front desk employee and got the help I needed as well as picked up a package with my ID with no issues and everything went smooth

Very rude disrespectful old man raised his voice for no reason. All I wanted was his help to send a package and he didn't want to help at all. So I had to go to another post office to drop my package.
*Bad customer service.
