Very rude disrespectful old man raised his voice for no reason. All I wanted was his help to send a package and he didn't want to help at all. So I had to go to another post office to drop my package.
*Bad customer service.

Today 4/9/25 A very bad old man of Asian appearance refused to accept my form to change my address. I explained to him that I had moved to a shelter and showed him the document with the residence permit. He was still very rude and raised his voice. He also argued with a girl in front of me. You are old, you have lived so long and have not gained any wisdom. Out of respect for your age, I silently left and did not argue. On the next street they accepted my form without a single question and said that the address will change in 2 weeks.

If you can, don't go to this place. I sent a package through here since it was close by, but the package never arrived at its destination. In fact, I didn't even receive a shipping confirmation. A week later, when I went to complain, they only told me that all shipments are made on the same day, that they can't do anything about it, and that I just have to wait for it to arrive (the package never arrived). I was wronged by the person I sent the package to, I wasted time and a lot of money. If you can, go to a large USPS.

I’ve been visiting this post office for eight years and have consistently had negative experiences with a particular employee. This individual, an older gentleman, has shown a consistent lack of customer service skills. He’s often rude, unhelpful, and responds to questions in a way that leaves customers feeling frustrated and unwelcome.
For example, today I witnessed him responding rudely to a customer who simply asked for advice on the best mailing option. His response was dismissive and unhelpful: “I don’t know, whatever you want.” This left the customer upset and created a tense environment.
On a separate note, during my visit to purchase money orders, he unexpectedly asked for my Social Security number, which was unsettling. After explaining that I’m a U.S. citizen and disabled, he backed off, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and confused.
I believe it’s time for this post office to consider replacing or reassigning this employee. His behavior impacts the overall experience of every visit, leaving customers frustrated and, at times, anxious. It would be beneficial to have a staff member who is more positive, approachable, and customer-oriented.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very bad service from the old guy. Treating people with no respect. I do think that everybody could have a bad day but don’t take it against customers when you are providing a service.

OMG… avoid this location if possible.. do NOT go there unless it’s an absolute emergency. Even then, I would say go to a different location.

terrible place! Most usps are bad but this place is the worst! I asked for stamps and the old man immediately started yelling at me! If you don't have stamps and can't mail letters, why open a post office?? Don't come here!!!!
