“I come to Ithaca about 3 times a year and I love this place. I come here every time when I am in need of staples. It has everything you could want and spectacular selection of very good local beers, along with some ready to eat Pizza in a pinch. And not to hate, but it's a much, MUCH less stressful experience than being at the 7/11 across the street. Plus, you get an added benefit of helping out a small business and buying stuff from a cute store. Head to the Ithaca Mini Mart instead, it's a win/win!”

“Got this delivered considering the covid. First time trying this place and it's not bad. Chicken are very crispy and juicy, and still very hot when I received them. However the chicken are a bit salty for me, and I'd say it's more salty than Popeyes or KFC. The waffle fries are a must try tho! Will order from this place again.”

“I'm not much for leaving reviews online , but my experience with Josh today was beyond exceptional ! When I arrived at the register he asked if I found everything okay , and after I told him I did not , he asked me why . After I explained what I was really looking for , he offered really great alternate suggestions and I happened to leave the store MORE than satisfied !After he rang my things up he offered me a rewards card and I said I didn't want one .After he rang me up he helped me bring my things to my car! I had a lot of stuff!So i told him I decided to get a rewards card because with service like that, I will be coming back !he explained the specs of the card so well in a way that was understandible and not overwhelming . such fantastic service !My visit there exceeded my expectations !”

“Whenever I visit my brother who goes to Cornell, I always make sure to stop by this 7/11 to get some cold sandwiches before I head back to the city. They have a side variety of food and snack options and their restrooms are very clean. The lines are occasionally big at night but I am always pleased with my visits here. Overall, a solid 7-Eleven.”
“Beat Necessities is a convenience store in Cornell's North Campus with an attached mini-restaurant. Expect snacks, candy, fountain drinks, and pre-made sushi/salads/turkey clubs for the convenience store part. The grill has all the mainstays: chicken tenders, burgers, onion rings, fries, and sandwiches. The food from the grill is generally better than the dining halls, but students should be aware that meal plan swipes do not work (you will have to use Big Red Bucks). For those not on a Cornell meal plan, there are cheaper and better options off of the campus. If you don't want to go far (or if it's 1 am), then Bear Necesseties will be your best bet.”

Before checking out Chris happily informed me that he’d make me a sandwich right then and there. It really made my night and just made the start of my trip awesome. “The most incredibly wonderful people work in the pharmacy here. Whatever Walgreens is paying them is not nearly enough. I had a death in the family that turned my world upside down this week and required me to book an emergency flight out of NYS last minute on the same day my meds were set to be refilled, after 90 days since my last refill. The pharmacist was very kind, supportive and knowledgeable. He offered me options to ensure I wouldn’t have to go without my meds while traveling and helped me coordinate with my doctor to make sure I was covered. (The thin blonde cute guy with glasses) I have also had numerous interactions with the young funny pharmacy tech who works the register (early 20s, has an afro and good sense of humor). I can always count on him to answer any of my questions for OTC meds and to overall have amazing personal skills and keep funny banter while he’s ringing me out. There are a couple other girls (likely in their 30s) who work in the pharmacy that have helped me select nicotine patches while quitting vaping or have rang me out through the window in the drive thru… they’re all always nice and friendly. I was on here to see the pharmacy hours earlier today and saw some negative reviews and it left me confused. These people work hard, barely get breaks and are on their feet all day long. They deserve a good shout out! (And a raise) Thank you, meadow street Walgreens team!!”
“This store has improved immensely in the past year. Most of the staff is hard working, friendly and knowledgeable. Bathrooms are clean and the pizza is pretty good, especially considering it's a gas station. Especially on Thursday when you can get an entire pizza for $8 and change. It's obvious the workers take pride in their work and their customer service.”
“This is the one and only gas station I go to in town. Its member card saves you 10c per gallon and gives you 10% off everything in the convenient store. The savings are great for an Uber driver like me and the discount on snacks for my riders is a bonus.”
