“This is one of the best CitiBank branch in Queens, No headache of parking and above all staff here make you feel welcome :) When I am here, I love how they have a seperate line for citibusiness and staff are amazing. Definitely look out for Danielle Porter, she is amazing ... Sharon Dexter is the person to go to when opening your bank account, she is very professional and also I have to give a shout out to lady who wears Hijab/Scarf ( Quamrun Naher ) she truly went above and beyond to get my $2 Bills. It's people like her that makes me stay loyal to CitiBank and keeping my CitiGold and Citibusiness accounts within citi !!!”

“I had no idea this one would be sooo crowded. The bank manager happen to be out in the front so she assisted me. It was around 7 people b4 me & all i needed was a direct deposit paper. I wasnt waiting an hour for a piece of paper. I told her i had to go to work *& i was running late so i couldn't wait psst 10 minutes. Idk what she did to magically bump me to the top of the list but somehow i was there & she got me my papers. She can make a mean person smile. She was awesome”

“This for the atm..I've never encountered anything wrong with the machines. They updated it to dispense different denominations for the bills *finally* which I appreciated. It was quick and easy and there are always many available. As for the shadiness on sutphin, I would use the atm inside the bank around employees if making a big withdrawal or doing anything with cash going from your bag to the machine.. I've had a few uncomfortable interactions with other patrons and felt uneasy and ended up leaving before I could withdraw. Just watch your surroundings. I see why many rather withdraw with a teller here rather than ATM.”
