Today I came in AT&T at the Jamaica ave location. The issues that I had with my phone was annoying me. Deon (Manager) helped me. His customer service was outstanding. He had a lot of patience. I will refer my family and friends to AT&T.

the employees were very attentive && helpful i think that they did an exceptional job i was very happy && satisfied with the service i received when i left the store because of their work ethic, expertise, and the experience i received while visiting.

I went to finance a phone and up on entering the store I was welcomed by one of the employees and I had to wait five minutes then someone came and assisted me in financing the phone it was an easy process as long as you understand what your being told and how to not agree to deals and promotions that will cost you lots... read full comment
