“I had a great experience at T-Mobile! Chresmely was very nice, patient, and helpful, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The whole team was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe in the store was great. The music made the atmosphere fun and upbeat while still feeling professional. Definitely one of the best T-Mobile experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this location!”

“BA Express is a wonderful place! Even though nowadays we can send money through apps, I still enjoy coming here in person. I’ve been in this country for a couple of years, and I find it surprisingly therapeutic to walk in, send money, and walk out with a receipt in hand. There’s something reassuring about that personal experience. The service is great, and I always feel comfortable coming here. I definitely recommend BA Express to anyone who wants a reliable and pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back many more times throughout my life, God willing. A wonderful place to be!”

“I would like to express my sincere appreciation and respect for sales representative Nury and her manager, Tah, for their exceptional assistance, concern, and in-depth knowledge of the product, which guided me in making an informed decision to choose T-Mobile, one of the best decisions I have made in years, and I am truly grateful. 4/20/2026 have to give a big shout out to MIKE for the service he gave yesterday. Thank you for your patience. I really thank you for your patience with me and my sister and thank you for your Advance service. The T-Mobile store is awesome.”

“I always get my iPhones repaired here. They use genuine Apple parts so you won't get the dreaded error message on your iPhone screen. I've referred many people to them. Unlike other shops that are crooks, he's an honest guy. Do you need proof...? Well, here's the story. A year ago I came to him complaining that my iPhone charging jack wasn't working. Instead of charging me outright, he turned on his air compressor and blew compressed air into the jack and ejected a big lint ball. That's honesty. He could have charged me for an unnecessary repair like other repair shops in the area . If you are looking for iPhone or any other phone repair, he does it. And he tells you how much he's going to charge you in advance. Just an honest guy doing honest business. Ignore the bad reviews, they are from a scammer 2 years ago. He carries many different phones based on your budget. Whether it's a screen repair or sending a phone overseas. Give this shop a try first before going to your carrier...!”

“This review is long overdue. I’m not a T-mobile customer but lost my iPhone in an uber. I went into the store and Esteban was quick to help me get connected to WiFi on my laptop and track my phone down. The entire staff was supportive but Esteban M is the epitome excellence in customer service. Thank you for being a good human being. T-mobile definately has an asset in him. Grateful. Sabrina”

“First and foremost I would like to thank you to employee at this MetroPCS store. Very good representation for the company. He went above and beyond my expectations to help me. Yesterday The store closes at 8:00 p.m. I walked in at 7:58 because somebody stole my phone and they were able to break into my phone and access all my personal information and they were able to get PIN numbers and Verification codes for my bank and there was nothing I was able to do about it because in order to do something I need to get a verification sent to that phone. But to make a long story short, the employee of that store stay until 8:45 p.m. and make sure we were able to cut off the access that the person was having on my phone. It was kind of difficult to suspend a line without the phone or any other info but he made three attempts, and we still probably would not be able to get in if it was not for the knowledge that he has and his brains that he utilized and was able to bypass everything that the person did to block me out of my phone and he helped me. And I wish I had money on me to tip him but I didn't but tomorrow I'm going to go back to buy him dinner because he probably saved my paycheck this week so thank you sir I appreciate you. God bless you and your whole family bro from the bottom of my heart bro thank you”
