“I highly recommend NYC Fly Wheels Wheelchair Transportation Service.
During my son's recovery from a serious broken ankle and foot, he is temporarily unable to walk. We use NYC Fly Wheels for all of his medical appointments, and their service is outstanding every single time.
The drivers is always punctual, arriving exactly when scheduled. What really sets this company apart is that they provide two professional assistants who carefully and safely helped my son up and down the stairs with his wheelchair. Their experience, patience, and concern for his safety gave our family tremendous peace of mind.
A special thank you to the dispatcher, Shiva, who is consistently polite, professional, understanding, and flexible. He always made scheduling easy, accommodated appointment changes when possible, and ensured every pickup was coordinated accurately.
Throughout this difficult period, we use NYC Fly Wheels repeatedly, and every trip is reliable, efficient, and stress-free. It's rare to find a transportation company that is this dependable and compassionate.
If you need wheelchair transportation with stair assistance, I highly recommend NYC Fly Wheels. Their excellent customer service, on-time pickups, and caring staff made a challenging time much easier for our family. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and outstanding service!”
“These guys are the best. I had them move a very heavy washing machine up to the second floor. Not only were they on time and courteous. They also took the time to make sure they did not damage the machine or my house. Awesome job, thank you so much!”
“Very quick to receive estimate and scheduling. Actual pick up was a few days later than expected but they were flexible with allowing my neighbor to release on my behalf. Delivery was pretty quick and the driver was great at providing updates. Car arrived safe and sound.”

“We had such a great experience with the Bus Service. Our driver was very patient, kind and had an overall pleasant demeanor. You can tell he really enjoys his job. The Bus was on time for pick up to the venue, on time arrival to the venue and similarly seamless pick up for the return trip (home base). It was value added for such a large party, I would absolutely use them again given the opportunity. Thank you”
“Done deal service made my move from NY to FL. My stuff arrived on time and in perfect condition. Nothing was damaged in the process, they wrapped everything up nicely. Andy is very friendly and courteous.”

“Wednesday June 14, 2023 I was told transportation would arrive in 30 minutes. It took OVER AN HOUR. I was told van #62 was there finally. Driver told me I was not to be his passenger. Van not well marked. I am low vision and went one foot from windshield to try to find a number. COULD NOT SEE A VAN NUMBER. I phoned Cathay who told me that, that was my ride. Finally driver let me embark. We went by my destination TWICE as he bypassed first time. He said his GPS was not working.”

“I just had an amazing experience at SIXT out of LGA. I was traveling with my 86 year old dad and both the shuttle driver and the agent could not have been more helpful. Without me asking for assistance, both helped me with my dad who has issues walking. In addition, the agent explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Because of the service I received, I will definitely use SIXT again. Thank you!”

“This review is about Vance, our driver. He was absolutely the best driver, kind, courteous and accommodating. We were so at ease with him taking care of transporting my wheelchair bound dad to a family wedding. It was our first trip out with my dad and we were all anxious on how smoothly things would go...Thanks Vance, you were key in making our night a great one. We will use Apollo again, office staff Jasmine and Selena were very helpful too.”

“Each ZipCar parking garage has a variety of 4-door sedans vehicles 🚗 and SUVs. This is a very clean ZipCar pick-up and drop-off parking garage. I haven't visited this garage in ages. But that location used to be the closest to me. I never had any problem there. 👠Honda Civic, Volkswagen Golf and Mazda 3 used to be among the fun-driving cars car 🚗 I'd reserved and driven. ðŸ˜Â I love Zipping! - It's noticeable from moving traffic, - Zipcars are easy to locate, - The posted signs are visible from outside, - Each has a fictitious name... 😠- Follow the green Zipcar signs, - Fuel ⛽ credit card available, 🤠- E-Z Pass Tag included, 👠- Fuel ⛽ tank must be at least a 1/4 at the  end the reservation time, - Inspect the reserved Zipcar,  - Report any damages, if any, before  starting up the car, - Use the white parking garage key card to exit premise, 😠- Security guard on duty, 👠I would definitely recommend this Zipcar location to anyone because it's conveniently located near a shopping and business district (Jamaica Ave), it's clean and has an assorted automaker brands to choose from. 🤠The sky is the limit! 😔

“Traveling with my mom and an extremely long flight, and long walk to the jfk long term parking.. we got to her car & the battery was dead. As we were stranded by the car confused & frustrated here came Pauline (an ABM parking employee) with jumping cables to save the day where as another employee who was going to come decided that they were gonna just go on lunch and not tell no one. Pauline was more than amazing, beautiful spirit, wouldn’t even accept a tip. She is more than deserving of a raise. Thank you so much Pauline!”
“I’m Joe and these two bus drivers were the best! Rosie and Larry made my ride to and from school special. I started a new school this year and they made all the difference for me. Best bus drivers ever and I hope I have them every year!”

“I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews for this UPS location. TBH, I was frustrated when I saw these reviews before I picked up my pallet. Fortunately, I suddenly found out all people here were friendly after arriving here. They were patient and helpful. My picking up process was smooth. UPS Supply Chain team, thanks for all your help!”
