It was my sons birthday and we were so excited to open a student account Upon entering we met with Yeraldy he was very helpful and referred us to Jennifer E Wilson relationship Banker she was very sweet and professional and helped us open a student account. This bank does not have enough people working here. There always seems to be long lines and no one to greet or help any customers. I felt like I wondered around waiting to be helped. It does not even matter wait time of day you visit this bank it is always the same.
