I went to withdraw a large sum of money, I told to teller the figure and she repeated it loudly so everyone could hear. Smdh the wrong people could have been around at the right time. Citi Bank, please hire people who know how to use their common sense.

Probably the worst branch of citi bank. Horrible customer service. Keeps trying to delay the work to next days. Any real help you need they can’t provide.

Customer service needs to be more educated with better communication skills ..I just went for a debit problem. I had to wait over an hour while staff on their phone relaxing ..I explained and tell the staff u was on an hour lunch break citi bank is the wrose bank everrrr
