This brand needs to improve its customer service. Employees should be more helpful to customers. Long wait times for payments, a manpower crisis, and a lack of support when assistance is requested are unacceptable. The old lady's behavior towards a customer inquiring about pricing was unacceptable and should not be tolerated.
