“Wow this place is still open I'm happy to see that, this review is meant for a time period before social media and smartphones even existed. In my early teens going to Susan B Anthony around the corner I used to come here on a weekly basis (Thursday's late 90's into early 2000's) I believe it was a son and his parents were running the business which I hope they still are, but anyways the son (sorry forgot the name) always wore a hat most of the time and when I first came there I asked him to pour in the detergent for me as I was a newbie at doing the laundry in which he did and became a habit for him to do when I came there every week lol. Eventually I learned and started doing it on my own, dude was cool everytime and so was his parents, they always provided excellent service. He basically taught me how to do the laundry and we had some fun times, thanks for the good memories and hope you and your family are doing well.”

“Like other reviews mentioned, this shop has been around for over 2 decades now. The owners are always extremely pleasant to deal with and they can fix nearly anything. I'll be very sad when the day comes where this shop is no longer here, but for the meantime I'm very grateful they're still open!”

“Started using HIP Cleaners after the other cleaners in the other Rochdale Mall closed. The owner/operator mom/ son duo are always super courteous and warm. Based on my noticings, he's more operational while she handles the cleaning and seamstress deities alongside another female. For the most part it's status quo, clothes are returned clean and well pressed. Prices are on par with their peers. Turn around time is usually swift and I have no customer service issues.”

“I love this cleaners spot! Thought I'd leave a review because I have been coming here for a while & I haven't been let down once, with the date they are able to have my clothes ready, to how the work is done & the prices are very good and reasonable There is a language barrier as stated in a comment on here but they get the job done Right now I think close at 5pm daily - I usually only go for the tailor service & the tailor is there only Monday & Friday until 5pm It's Cash Only right now & they expect a 50% deposit I really like this place for all my tailoring needs!”
