He even walked out to witness my dad sign a document because dad can’t walk and he was in the car. The whole team there was so kind and attentive even though they were super busy. Can’t recommend them enough! Also, we called 3 other UPS locations and all of their guys had already left for the day and only took appointments.”

Today I had to resend a document package because I had forgotten to sign a document and the nice guy at the desk gave me a discount on the re-send. He also proactively monitors overnight package progress to make sure there are no issues. That is what I call professional service!”
