“I was nervous to go to this location because of all of the bad reviews, however after my pleasant experience I felt compelled to right one. I worked with Susanna Who is very patient kind and helpful. I had a couple of questions regarding the shipping of my envelope and she answered each one and helped me through it together what I needed. I also observed other representatives Helping customers and they all seemed helpful and efficient. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. However, I have nothing but great things to say and will be back. I came in on a Saturday late morning and was in and out in 15 minutes even with a line in front of me!”
