“I've stored my belongings at Cubesmart for over a decade and I've never had a problem with the staff. The facility, was well-kept and lit properly. My major complaints are the the rising costs of storage; IMO the increases are way over the top for the same monthly services. In addition, the hours of access to one's storage unit are entirely too limited - especially on weekends. Customer access should be extended to at least 9PM or 10PM to accommodate different work schedules and/or needs. Other storage companies have longer hours of accessibility; I do not understand why Cubesmart Storage does not allow for the same flexibility in its customer access hours.”

“5 stars for Lynese! She was absolutely amazing and made the entire process so easy. She was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She went above and beyond to find me the best deals available and took the time to show me multiple storage options so I could pick the perfect size for my needs. Outstanding customer service highly recommend asking for Lynise if you need a storage unit!”

“Wow! Kiara was absolutely amazing to work with. I needed a storage unit to temporarily store a former tenant’s belongings, and she made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy, where I felt she went above and beyond. She was professional, patient, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Kiara genuinely understands customer service and goes out of her way to help. I would absolutely recommend this CubeSmart location because of the experience she provided. Thank you, Kiara!”

“Ordering our van over the phone was one, two, three easy. The customer service rep answered all of my questions and explained the entire process. This was a relief because I had to order the van at the last minute. Pick-up and delivery also smooth! Even though the computer system was down, the salesperson took care of us with no problem. My only suggestion is, I wish U-Haul had the smaller transit mini-sprinter vans for items that are too big for a car but too small for a van. Still, we'll be back when we need a van.”
