“This was my first time utilizing this business, and I am glad I did. Driving around NY and doing business has never been fun, but this experience was as pleasant as one could imagine. Other than a few low bridges, a normal GPS guided me directly to the driveway.When I arrived, I was greeted by the technician who went straight to work. The manager came out to the bay, and talked about options for me. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, and I spent about 15 minutes just chatting with the manager. I had my tire repaired, options given, and some history for less than others charge for used products and rushed rude service.I hope I don't need Inner City again, but if I have tire trouble, I am glad to know they are there.
