“Balance tires, plugging tires, happy with the service, seem like nice people, they speak Espanol primarily and english would recommend them to anyone as they are willing to accommodate. Fair price. They helped me out with my vw Passat that need 4 new tires to be put onand the charged me 120.00 for all 4 tires for the labor plus a free spare tire. “This was my first time utilizing this business, and I am glad I did. Driving around NY and doing business has never been fun, but this experience was as pleasant as one could imagine. Other than a few low bridges, a normal GPS guided me directly to the driveway.When I arrived, I was greeted by the technician who went straight to work. The manager came out to the bay, and talked about options for me. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, and I spent about 15 minutes just chatting with the manager. I had my tire repaired, options given, and some history for less than others charge for used products and rushed rude service.I hope I don't need Inner City again, but if I have tire trouble, I am glad to know they are there. ANYWAYS I CAME HERE & LIKE I SAID THEY GREETED ME & EVERYTHING I SHOWED THE GUY MY TIRE THAT WAS FLAT & I ASKED THE GENTLEMAN (I WISH I GOT HIS NAME) HOW MUCH FOR A USED TIRE HE TOLD ME $70 I WAS HAPPY & SATISFIED! HE CLEANED MY RIM & EVERYTHING. I GAVE HIM $80 INSTEAD OF $70 CAUSE IT WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO! THEY EVEN HAD A PRICE BOARD SHOWING WHAT THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY SIZE TIRE & ETC. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK HERE IF I NEED TOO.”
