“Traveling with my mom and an extremely long flight, and long walk to the jfk long term parking.. we got to her car & the battery was dead. As we were stranded by the car confused & frustrated here came Pauline (an ABM parking employee) with jumping cables to save the day where as another employee who was going to come decided that they were gonna just go on lunch and not tell no one. Pauline was more than amazing, beautiful spirit, wouldn’t even accept a tip. She is more than deserving of a raise. Thank you so much Pauline!”

“Very quick to receive estimate and scheduling. Actual pick up was a few days later than expected but they were flexible with allowing my neighbor to release on my behalf. Delivery was pretty quick and the driver was great at providing updates. Car arrived safe and sound.”
