“I wish I could have given Tiffany at Auto Zone 10 stars, I would have! My family is new to Western NY. Our new Tahoe died and we didn't know anyone like a tow truck service or mechanic. Tiffany didn't bat an eye and walked over to jumpstart it. Nothing. We were talking about it and a guy parked next to us, then he joined the conversation. It was the starter. The guy offered to install it but didn't have his tools. Tiffany to the rescue again, she made sure he had what he needed. After paying for the starter, it was installed in 30 minutes. Did I mention it was 25 degrees?? Between the two of them we drove home with a new starter. Tiffany even got a 12 volt electric blanket from her manager to help keep us warm. “Autozone is okay in a pinch but my choice is 1. Napa, 2. Advance 3. Autozone. Try to buy OEM if possible - great deals online at RockAuto. Since advance bought carquest they have better products. Buy online with a discount and pick up in the store. Napa Also now is doing up to 20% off to buy online. Advance has some sketchy duralast parts but at least they save your info for warranty.”

“I truly can’t thank these gentlemen enough. On my way home from an appointment in Jamestown, the strap holding my gas tank broke. Just as I was reluctantly about to get on the highway, I spotted their shop and decided to pull in, hoping someone could help. Without hesitation, an older and younger gentleman (I wish I remembered their names) immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me. They jumped right in, made sure everything was secure, and gave me the peace of mind I needed to get home safely.
It’s rare these days to come across people so genuinely kind and willing to help a stranger without expecting anything in return. Their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond truly meant the world to me. If I ever need any work done while in Jamestown, they’ll absolutely be my first call. “I was very happy with the work that was done on my car. From the first time I went in there, I felt that they have a very professional team. Amy was always ready to answer any questions that I had. The work was done in a timely manner and the quality was very good.
One thing that impressed me is that after I picked up the vehicle, I went a few miles and the charging system light came on. Then next thing I knew it wouldn't start. I called Gerber Collision and Tyler came out and got me going. He had to do it 2 more times before we got it to the shop. It seems I needed a new alternator One of the employees recommended a garage a short distance away and they were able to get me in that day.
