“Rob installed a new radio with phone capabilities I received as a gift! He had it done in a couple hours, explained all the features! Needless to say I AM THRILLED with it!!!! AND it came with a CD player, I'm still a bit old school! He helped pick the radio that would fit in the jeep and had the wanted features! “Thank you Errik for helping me with the purchase of my RAV4 Prime. Errik was honest, helpful and thorough. I flew from Atlanta to Erie to pick up my car and Errik arranged for me to be picked up and driven to the dealership. As promised there was no markup and all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived. I ran into a problem with my bank's cashier check (not Luv Toyota's issue at all) and the people at Luv Toyota were patient and helpful while I resolved that issue. Errik trained me on the car and helped me configure it as I wanted for my drive home. Then the topper was he reached out to make sure I made it back safely ti Atlanta!
