“The technician was wonderful. He came out to the house to replace the cracked windshield on my Jeep. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He even answered the questions I forgot to ask. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. If I ever need to have my windshield replaced again I'll definitely call Safelite.”

“I truly can’t thank these gentlemen enough. On my way home from an appointment in Jamestown, the strap holding my gas tank broke. Just as I was reluctantly about to get on the highway, I spotted their shop and decided to pull in, hoping someone could help. Without hesitation, an older and younger gentleman (I wish I remembered their names) immediately stopped what they were doing to assist me. They jumped right in, made sure everything was secure, and gave me the peace of mind I needed to get home safely.
