“I came in yesterday and took up a decent amount of the managers time because I am not so tech friendly and am horrible with passwords and he was very patient. I also had a million things to transfer over that he had no problem helping me with. He did well taking care of all customers that came in as I came in with a few other separate customers at the same time and he balanced us all by himself and everyone left happy. He was very helpful, pleasant to talk to, and this was probably the best experience I have ever had getting a new phone.”
“A few days ago my phone went crazy. So many pop-ups and warnings of viruses, I couldn't use it. Today I stopped at the AT&T in Lakewood NY. I expected the attendant to say you need a new phone. Instead he took it 4 minutes later working perfectly. And he said no viruses, it's OK. I thanked him twice before leaving. When I do get a new one he's the man I'll visit. Thank you again”

“I took my phone to Phone Zone in Jamestown, NY because it needed to be repaired. Andy told me it looked like I had to get my internal screen replaced. I left my phone there and picked it up when it was fixed a few days later after the part came in. My phone works great now. Thank you.”
