The technician was wonderful. He came out to the house to replace the cracked windshield on my Jeep. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. He even answered the questions I forgot to ask. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. If I ever need to have my windshield replaced again I'll definitely call Safelite.
