NewVida Preserve is a unique 2000-acre property that was once Paleface Ski Mountain. The meal was exceptional. It was there Valentine's Day meal that you chose ahead of time from 3 appetizers, main dish and deserts. I had the oysters, steak and cheese cake.

Was just OK. I think the bar area and music are better than the food and ambiance. It has a nice view but is very bright and lacks warmth.
