Cadence Lodge at Whiteface is a dog-friendly lodge with an excellent restaurant. It offers clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms with an Adirondack feel. The staff provides friendly, excellent, and cool service. Guests enjoy a cool common area with a fireplace, board games, an outdoor fireplace, and a BBQ. The location is superb, ideal for hiking with many trails nearby, and is a few minutes from Lake Placid and beautiful mountain scenery. It is perfect for leaf peeping. Breakfast is offered on weekends, and the restaurant serves delicious, surprising, and amazing food for dinner, with a firepit for drinks. The lodge is a wonderful place for a memorable stay.
Had a Wonderful stay at the lodge on a very cold weekend. It was beautiful scenery on the mountain the lodge had a wonderful restaurant that we ate dinner for our whole stay. We drove to the Olympic ski jump and that was really cool except it was freezing.

We recently ate dinner here after another local restaurant was closed for a private event. I'm happy we had the chance to go to Cadence for a memorable evening. Great friendly service from the hostess/waitress and delicious food from the chef! We enjoyed drinks around the firepit as the sunset after dinner.

We ate at the Cadence for the first time last night and we will definitely be going back. Our server Beth was great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend!!
