“These guys are the absolute best garage I've dealt with in all my years living here in the Catskills. Our Ford Focus was being a real PIA with the check engine light. I replaced the O2 sensors myself and the light had gone off on it's own so I figured all was good to go for inspection since I didn't clear the codes nor did I reset the monitors manually (only unhooked the battery for about an hour). Nope, I was wrong. Brought it there and was told it still needed a few monitors to come back up. Panic set in. We were recommended as to how to drive it to get them back up into ready status but ,since my license was expired, I had to have my girl attempt it and that was a no go and she was stressing out big time. So we came back to the garage and asked if there was any way they could try to drive it since they have the monitoring equipment and Jamie saved the day. Please don't think I'm saying that if your check engine light is on they'll pass you as I actually fixed the problems that were throwing the codes. Just that these newer cars are a real PIA to get the computer to fully bring the monitors back up. Jamie was out for 2 hours to get this car ready to test. We would've never been able to get this done ourselves. We dropped in during lunch hour and I was worried about interrupting their lunch as everyone needs to eat. He had other vehicles he was working on too and this guy took the time to get us legal. I can't begin to thank Jamie enough. We'll be taking our car here from now on. Highly recommend them and their prices are the best. Most of these garages in these small towns haven't a clue what they're doing, especially on the newer vehicles, and you can expect them to jump straight to claiming you need a whole engine replacement(manor motors*cough cough*), etc. If you've been scared sh1tless by the same type of experience then get your car outta whatever garage it's at and take it here to White Sulphur Auto & Truck!!!”
