As a father of course I just wanted to check and see what was being done. After speaking to Seth I had complete confidence in what he had told my daughter. He was dead honest with her and was so thorough with communication and updates. “These guys are the absolute best garage I've dealt with in all my years living here in the Catskills. Our Ford Focus was being a real PIA with the check engine light. I replaced the O2 sensors myself and the light had gone off on it's own so I figured all was good to go for inspection since I didn't clear the codes nor did I reset the monitors manually (only unhooked the battery for about an hour). Nope, I was wrong. Brought it there and was told it still needed a few monitors to come back up. Panic set in. We were recommended as to how to drive it to get them back up into ready status but ,since my license was expired, I had to have my girl attempt it and that was a no go and she was stressing out big time. So we came back to the garage and asked if there was any way they could try to drive it since they have the monitoring equipment and Jamie saved the day. Please don't think I'm saying that if your check engine light is on they'll pass you as I actually fixed the problems that were throwing the codes. Just that these newer cars are a real PIA to get the computer to fully bring the monitors back up. Jamie was out for 2 hours to get this car ready to test. We would've never been able to get this done ourselves. We dropped in during lunch hour and I was worried about interrupting their lunch as everyone needs to eat. He had other vehicles he was working on too and this guy took the time to get us legal. I can't begin to thank Jamie enough. We'll be taking our car here from now on. Highly recommend them and their prices are the best. Most of these garages in these small towns haven't a clue what they're doing, especially on the newer vehicles, and you can expect them to jump straight to claiming you need a whole engine replacement(manor motors*cough cough*), etc. If you've been scared sh1tless by the same type of experience then get your car outta whatever garage it's at and take it here to White Sulphur Auto & Truck!!!”

“Fair prices and honest people. Went in for tires on rims and when the worker brought them over to office noticed an issue with one of the tires that was overlooked initially and pointed it out right away.”

“East end auto repair put new tires on my car. They told me I need an alignment (which they don’t do there) and suggested I go to S&M. I made an appointment and went there and met the owner Jeff who happens to be one of the nicest people I have ever met. Well there was a problem with my car; Jeff explained everything to me and told me the bad part that it would take two to three weeks to get the part. I asked him if he needed the car out of there and he told me it can stay they’ll keep an eye on it. Jeff would call periodically to let me know the update on the part. Well when it got there the same day he put it in and I had my car that day. I was so impressed I took the wife’s car there for an alignment. Well I was even more impressed with the fact that he told me her car was spot on and needed nothing. Wow where do you find honesty like that nowadays he could have made something up but being as honest as he is he didn’t so guess what, I brought my truck there and it just needed a simple alignment. I suggest to anyone who needs an alignment don’t mess around with Mavis or any other place, these guys are the real deal. I am a customer for life.Service: Wheel alignment”
