Im very pleased with the service at Jericho goodyear, and manager John .I had an issue with an online purchase of a cooper cobra gt tire , i noticed a defect and John confirmed an irregularity and with no cost to me replaced tire its much appreciated. I got a flat tire on July 4th and stopped by Goodyear not expecting much on a holiday. Mr. Jay, the service manager, took care of it quickly and professionally, and I was back on the road in no time.
