“I love this post office. The staff is always in good spirits and they’re ready to help with any issue. The gentleman there always greets me with a smile and is quick and efficient with my packages. I ship a lot because I have a small business and I will always choose USPS. “I came here 9/3/24 to apply for my first ever passport. the workers were helpful and attended to me quickly. I paid for regular routine service and received my passport in the mail 9/16/24 (less than 2 weeks non expedited!!) I then received my birth certificate in the mail 9/19/24. this was such an easy and quick process and I appreciate the workers at this post office who helped out!”

“I did my son’s passport here. I loved the privacy that was created in this location. They have a whole separate room for passports. Ladies taking the applications were knowledgeable and nice. “Great location and service. It's a plus since the wait times are not long at all in this location since it's not as populated. If you're in a hurry to mail something out and you're in the area, I'd suggest checking this location out. They only allow one person inside the actual office at a time because of COVID and since it's on the smaller side.”

She is cheerful, helpful, and has a wonderfully talkative attitude that truly brightens my day. She manages to take the “chore” out of running an errand and turns it into a genuinely pleasant experience.
I live several towns over, but from now on, I will make the trip to this specific post office simply because of Kareena. She’s such an asset—not just to the Glen Head post office, but to every customer she interacts with. Highly recommend coming here if you want excellent service with a smile!”
