“We went into Ellis Brothers Furniture only to look at their furniture. Before we even walked into the store, we were greeted by one of the owners, and our wonderful adventure began! Richard listened to what we wanted, as well as what we didn't want. Only then did he take us around their beautiful store, and showed us gorgeous furniture. He spoke to us, not at us. He answered all of our questions, then let us browse and discuss our choices on our own. There wasn't any pressure to purchase.Most impressive, he didn't speak ill of any of the competitors. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere at the store so much, that we didn't look else where for what we were looking for. We purchased from Richard, at Ellis Brothers, and haven't had a moment of remorse-we love our furniture!”
