196 Riverside Drive, Johnson CityGreat walk-in clinic if you plan ahead. Arrived at 8am and signed in first at the porch. Was prepared to wait in my car until 9am. At 8:20 other people began showing up. Parking lot was nearly full by 9am. It's not hard to imagine a very long wait if you don't arrive early. The tech called me right at 9am and I went inside. Seating area inside looked clean and cared for. Appointment was quick, Dr MacDonald addressed the issue as thoroughly as I would expect in a walk-in environment. She laid out the plan for what the clinic could accomplish, and gave some options to pursue at other animal hospitals. She and her tech were great and patient with my nervous puppy. Would recommend, and will likely return in the future. Cost was more than reasonable for urgent care, less than I thought it would be.

810 East Maine Road, Johnson CityWe have boarded our puppies and taken part in basic obedience class at Stone Meadow. Their patience, humor, understanding, and expertise are unmatched. We had a last-minute need for boarding for our puppies who were on a few medications. Mary accommodated and was able to walk our dogs separately because they had a stomach bug. Needless to say, we won’t bring our dogs anywhere else now. We are almost done with our basic obedience course and our pups have learned a lot. We are excited to sign up the levels of training! I think the rotten pineapple was an honest mistake and the employee didn't know what to do. I will give them another try, as they have always been pricey but good).
This used to be great for fresh, amazing smoothie bowls. Today I went in ordered a bowl and was given something with severely rotten pineapples on it. I tend to save those for last and unfortunately ate the rest of the bowl before I realized one side had been topped with all rotten fruit. I accidentally swallowed a few that were buried in the smoothie before I realized how rotten they ALL were. I tried to leave my name with the employee in case I become ill and she was very annoyed. I'm afraid I wont be coming here again.
