“Alex was amazing! He towed my car after it broke down and what was supposed to be an hour and a half wait, turned into 30 minutes! To be a female stuck at 4am and have such a kind person show up to assist, was truly appreciated! Thanks again Alex!!!”
“Hands down the best in town. Justin and his guys are the most welcoming and easy to work with mechanics I’ve ever found. I will never take my cars anywhere else since finding them. Unlike other mechanic shops, you’ll never feel like you’re being taken advantage of at Vandervorts. And the work is always done right. So happy to have them to rely on.”

“I stopped by out of the blue to get a quote for some damage on my car and John was great. He immediately helped me and took the time to answer all of my questions. I told him it might be a little while before I'm able to have a repair done and he advised me of ways I could protect the damage in the short term, something that other body shops I went to didn't really do when I had asked them about it. Overall, it was a much more transparent experience than some of the other local body shops I visited. John was so helpful and straightforward and you can tell he's been doing this for a very long time, I'll definitely be contacting them when I'm ready to have the work done”

“I've been to quite a few garages, and like most people, feel as if I am getting the runaround. Not at Ray's. Had a problem that another garage (Firestone) for some reason or other, could not figure out. But Ray's did. And Ray explained it to me like I was 5, which helps completely, because I am not a tech. He took his time, got it done and no more problems. He is a busy guy, but worth it. Completely.”

“Our 1999 Ford F20 Super Duty diesel truck was in need of a fuel injector ASAP. Lunar Trans was recommend to me so I called Kyle. After consulting with him, we opted to have all injectors replaced since truck has 194K miles.I called Lunar on Tuesday and had truck towed there that morning. By Tuesday afternoon they already had things torn apart and had ordered new injectors. The injectors arrived Wednesday morning and we received a call late Wednesday afternoon that truck was ready to be picked up!We picked it up Thursday morning and headed to PA to pick up our stranded horse trailer. Could not believe they did our truck in two days!!!Thanks to Kyle and his team for FAST, excellent, professional, courteous and friendly service. And did I mention the bill was less than quoted? They will get all our future diesel needs!”
“I waited for six hours for a tow truck with me avail. And I kept getting a message they were delayed delayed. Finally called this company. They were with me within the half hour, great service. Very personable and a gentleman. I recommend this company highly.”

“Had a great experience with NuLook today!
They replaced my side mirror and made the whole process incredibly easy. The team was efficient, fast, and clearly knows what they’re doing. Pricing was fair, and the customer service stood out. They were professional, responsive, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
On top of that, they even detailed my car before giving it back, something they didn’t have to do, but it speaks volumes about how they treat their customers.
It’s not always easy to find a shop you trust, but this is definitely one I’d recommend.”
