I am a manager for one of the competitors out of state and I felt the need to recognize Rob for coming out to see if I needed help swapping out the bulb. It was minutes to close, dark, and raining, and he came out with a flash light and some tools to see if I needed help because it seemed to be taking a while.It is easy to get frustrated with an auto parts store because, let's face it, last minute and emergency repairs can be extremely stressful, especially when it impacts our livelihood.
