“Greeted by Austin B after we caught our breath on this very chilly day; very polite and quietly engaging! He led us to the appliances and listened to us as we bemoaned the fact that our appliances are aging faster than we are...especially our dryer which began chirping LOUDLY, yesterday. Long story short, we pretty much knew what we wanted, and he led us through the laundry section; then other appliance sections taking the time to show us features and answer questions. In short, this is what we have come to expect at R&Q and we were not disappointed. We will be replacing a few more pieces this year and expect Austin to pave the way. He quickly took us through an application for credit so that we could take advantage of no interest for one year. Our check-out was smooth and quick. We enjoyed our visit, and a few hellos to others working there. Our dryer (and washer) arrive on Tuesday and my husband does not have to break his back or anything else doing this! We are too old for that! BTW, our present washer and dryer are17 year old Kenmores... going for Maytag, now, based on reputation!”
