“I have a severe blood draw phobia stemming from a pretty serious childhood truama.
I had called to ask if I needed a double appt and to let them know ahead of time. The lady on the phone could not have been sweeter and within the hour, managment called me to understand my fear, what they could do and offered some advice to make it easier for me.

At the lab, Justin was phenomenal.
He was thorough, kind, professional and helped to de-escalate my fear. He took me seriously and took his time to find the right vein, be gentle and gave me time to be ready. He talked me through it the whole time and never once made me feel stupid for being scared or more uncomfortable. He was efficient and quick with the blood draw as well.

I hope I don't need blood work anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely go here.
