The staff at Quest Diagnostics is cheerful, helpful, friendly, professional and wonderful. Phlebotomy and lab skills are awesome and the lab is quiet, clean and pleasant. Self check in is quick. The place is amazing and the experience is ecstatic. Corporate billing is horrible, incorrect and needs improvement, and the phone tree system also needs improvement. Make an online appt. In & out in minutes. Clean office and lounge area. Courteous, and professional employee. Never crowded.
