The staff at Quest Diagnostics is cheerful, helpful, friendly, professional and wonderful. Phlebotomy and lab skills are awesome and the lab is quiet, clean and pleasant. Self check in is quick. The place is amazing and the experience is ecstatic. Corporate billing is horrible, incorrect and needs improvement, and the phone tree system also needs improvement. John is awesome.
John is awesome, both his phlebotomy and lab skills, and as a person.
Corporate billing is horrible, incorrect and neccessary for Empire Insurabce Plan Management level to intervene.
Also, the phone tree system needs a lot of improvement.
