“I had a package that was being bounced around from the east to west coast for a little over 2 weeks and the Johnstown post office tracked, found and had my package out for delivery very efficiently upon my call they put in a request and sent out an alert and even gave me return phone calls over the weekend. AWESOME postal service !!”

“The women that work in the office are great. Always super helpful and courteous. Anytime I’ve needed anything they have gone above and beyond to help. The office is always clean and fully stocked with shipping supplies and mailing needs. Its not all bubbles and glitter though, our mail person is a much older man who I would say has a bit of a hard time handling the job. As it’s not his fault he is older perhaps being on the truck isn’t the best place for him. Thrown packages, struggles lifting, and dropped boxes are fairly regular occurrences. One particular time I actually confronted him was when he dropped a 24 pack of Red Bull cans from waist height onto the ground. He laughed and said yeah, that was heavy. Overall he’s a super nice guy everyone at the Fonda Post Office are great, its a hard job and they handle the volume efficiently and expeditiously.”

“Very small Post Office. Mostly used for P.O. boxes due to the large number of individuals who can't get mail delivered to their house. Always very friendly when I enter. Limited hours for) due to how small it is.”
“Totally disagree with any of the other negative reviews. The people here are always friendly and do their best to serve customers quickly despite often being busy. Thanks for what you all do!”
“The company name was CHEP in my pick up information. But the sign says Rehrig Pacific Company. There is a blue sign above the door. Come in the door and the office is on your right hand side after passing the 3th door. Be aware that the internet connection is not good therefore have your pick up number and trailer number with you pick up number starts number 3…
Sometimes drop the trailer at the door and pull out, Sometimes not. First come first served.”

“I have had more encouraging times with this post office, it's only when you waiting for a package and you get a message it's ready to pick up but you don't have the time to pick it up in the short time of the message.”

“We frequent this post office location nearly everyday for business and the ladies and gentlemen that work here do a wonderful
Job. They always treat me and my family with respect and they do their work with pride. We are fortunate for the ones we work with all the time, Julia at the desk, Jen at the desk and our carrier Cali. All amazing ladies who work their buns off and always do a great job.”

“The owner was very helpful and courteous. He asked the right questions regarding how I wanted this done. Then when they were finished he contacted me right away. When I didn't respond right away, he followed up by texting me again that my request was completed. Excellent service!”
