Due to the buyer getting to our house late my wife got to Solvay Bank Baldwinsville late with the check we needed to have verified. Felicia not only stayed late to make sure we were taken care of but was transferred to 9 different departments before getting a competent person at the buyers bank to finally verify the funds. “The staff here and other branches are very friendly, and I think if you're older and do all your banking in person it's probably a preferable option. That said, their technology is woeful, 1 out of 5 stars and what's ultimately going to make me leave here. Online banking always has issues with logins and while the staff is quick to help, it's becoming a massive issue that every couple weeks it locks my account for no reason.
I still kept my ESL credit union account when I moved from Rochester and I'm happy I did, they'll be in Auburn soon and their technology has been pretty much flawless for the last 10 years or so. It might have created an unreasonable expectation for this place, but as I'm writing this all their ATMs are down and can't accept cash or check deposits, so I think it's a multi-faceted issue where it's going to take a massive push to get things up to date here.”

“LNB has that hometown banking feel that I've only seen in movies. I've been used to big banks up until this point and I had no idea that there's such thing as a human touch when it comes to banking. I truly feel valued as a customer, and I know that I can reach a human when I need one, and not just sit on a recorded phone line. LNB goes the extra mile and adds a personal touch to everything they do; hand written thank you notes and birthday cards, small tokens of appreciation that never cease to surprise me. They are part of the fabric of the community and it's so nice to keep things local, not to mention their rates on their mortgages have been the best I could find anywhere around by a decent margin, and their checking account options are great as well. Their Grant Avenue branch is absolutely beautiful, and I can't wait until it can actually be used to its full potential with the community rooms and such once things are safer. Give LNB a shot, they deserve it, everyone is so kind and willing to assist!”

“Much much better than old location down the road, which had little parking and a terrible ATM. Key bank did a great job renovating this location, drive thru and outside ATM are excellent, plenty of space for any vehichle. Also easy access in / out onto 2 different roads, state route 34 and state route 38. Staff is all friendly local folks of course.”

“This location as tidy and clean when I visited for a quick ATM transaction beyond their lobby. Multiple car bays mean few lines if you prefer using their drive-up service. The place is also fairly new, so expect many things to look updated and modern compared to many of the other bank branches in this area.”
