“Katonah postmaster was terrific, I had an issue trying to forward a business address as we moved. Online service was not helpful and she walked me through it and within 10 days or so the business mail started to get delivered, she was patient and so helpful!”

“Excellent customer service from the Somers staff! I called just an hour before they were closing and asked if I had time to get a package to Rhode Island next day… I believe it was the manager who answered the phone, “yes” was his answer in his words and tone! He advised me to try to make it there before 5:30 and I did! I was warmly greeted by Paul who quickly assisted me in labeling my package with attention to detail in ensuring the address was correct and also taking the time to price out the fees for different delivery times. He was so pleasant and eager to assist. I highly recommend this location!”

“Those that are giving bad reviews to Anthony and the Croton Falls Post Office need a reality check. I guess you people in the 'burbs need a lot of hand holding. Go to NYC or even Yonkers post office and see what really poor service is about. People who think they shouldn't have to wait in line, need no appointment for a passport , cheat on the weight of the items they use a pre-paid label with or become consumed with someone's soup order need psychiatric care. Most of us hard working individuals have more to do with our time and value someone who is proficient, efficient and in my case open the PO on time!!! Get a grip people. Anthony is exceptional, conscientious and cares about his job. Need to clone this guy!!!”

“I am from out of town and a package that was supposed to go to Pennsylvania ended up at the South Salem Post Office. I have never experienced such excellent service as I did at this post office. Robert helped me track my package down and reroute it to the correct address, which was not simple. He was so kind and helpful, called me back twice, and provided me with an updated tracking number. Over the years, there have been several very very nice employees who are most helpful, and respectful.However, the was a change in Postmaster general in recent years.Much to my chagrin, there have been NUMEROUS TIMES THAT I myself, (n I've heard from others), that he is significantly rude to some of his customers. That should not be the case, but it's best just to ignore unpleasant people n there actions. (as long as they're not harmful).”

The USPS has been starved for funds for ages now so if you're unhappy with this post office, write your congressman and advocate for better funding - don't blame the people who do the best they can with outdated equipment, office space etc.”

Great location and plenty of parking. I use their virtual mailbox service for my business. This is a must-have for your business.
